Tommy Lee David, age 73 and a resident of Asher, Oklahoma, passed away May 22, 2022 at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City.
A funeral service will be planned at a later date in Missouri, and cremation is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa, Oklahoma.
Tommy was born February 6, 1949 in Mound City, Missouri to Earl Junior David and Betty JoAnn (Davis) David. He attended college, and became a self-employed long-haul truck driver. He married Linda Jean Knapp May 7, 2004 in Fairfax, Missouri. He enjoyed watching television shows such as “Deadliest Catch”.
He is survived by his wife, Linda David of the home; his mother, Betty David of Maryville, Missouri; two step-sons, Sean McGuire of Belton, Missouri and Mickey McGuire of Hannibal, Missouri; one daughter, Victoria Lager of Maryville, Missouri; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Junior David and one infant daughter.
