Terry Don Morton, Lexington, OK resident, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023 in Lexington, at the age of 76. Terry was born on November 4, 1946 in Sayre, OK to Harry Morton and Cora (Evens) Morton. Terry proudly served the United States Navy in the Vietnam War. He learned to be a welder in the military and carried those skills into his career as a welder.
Terry was known to be a kind, sharing and helpful person. He loved his kids, grandkids and great grandkids. He enjoyed remote control boats, planes and cars and fishing.
Terry is survived by his daughters, Theresa Jones and husband, Robert of Wewoka and Kellie Coulter of Seminole; sister, Connie Morton of Oregon; three grandchildren, Josie Goodrich and husband, Dakota, Roger Jones and Briana Coulter; two great grandchildren, Mary Dawn Goodrich and Theia Coulter and many other family and friends.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Cora Morton and sister, Marion Armstrong.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Little Cemetery Chapel with Bro. Mitch Williams officiating.
