Robert "Bob" Stephenson

Robert “Bob” Stephenson, Seminole resident, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023 in Seminole, at the age of 74. Bob was born on March 30, 1949 in Clinton, OK to Floyd Stephenson and Lydia (Neugebauer) Stephenson. He grew up in Clinton, OK and graduated from Clinton High School.  Bob married Anna Brummett on February 12, 1971 in Cordell, OK.  They moved to Seminole in 1976.  

Bob enjoyed fishing, playing pool and caring for his yard. 

Bob is survived by his son, Michael Stephenson of Seminole; two daughters, Renee Foulks of Wewoka and Michele Neal of Seminole; sister, Judy De Los Santos of Austin, TX; five grandchildren, Savannah Dudgeon, Mariah Dudgeon, Bradley Foulks, Bailey Foulks and Kloe Palmer; two great grandchildren, Braedan Foulks and Bryson Foulks; and many other family and friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Stephenson; mother, Lydia Rieswig and his step-father, Delmer Reiswig.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Little Cemetery Chapel on Saturday, November 18, 2023 with Pastor Larry Chesser officiating.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.
