Linda Darlene Garner, 70, longtime Maud, Oklahoma resident passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at her home in Maud. Linda was born July 1, 1949 in Tulare, California to Othell Taff and Chrisa Lee (Wise) Taff. Linda was raised in the Harjo, Oklahoma community. She married Billy Ray Garner on April 13, 1967. She was a former Social Services Director at Sunset Estates Nursing Home in Maud, Oklahoma.

Linda enjoyed reading, gardening, crafts and watching Sci-Fi shows.

Linda leaves to cherish her memories, two sons; Paul Garner and David Garner, daughters; Kimberly Garner and Racheal Carlisle Feuerhelm, her brother Jimm Taff, 5 grandchildren; Dugan Henson, Garrett Garner, Chrisa Garner, Clover Garner, Juniper Garner and Shelby Henson. She is preceded in death by her husband.

At her wishes Linda was cremated and private family services will held at a later date.

Cremation services were under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
