Leann Kay Hayes

Leann Kay Hayes, age 58 and a resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, July 23, 2021 at Ada Care Center in Ada, Oklahoma.

No services are planned at this time, and cremation is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa.

Leann was born October 17, 1962 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Jimmy Clayton Hayes and Joann Carol (Paulsen) Hayes.  She graduated from Konawa High School in 1982.  She worked as a cashier for a gas station in Colorado until 2016 when she moved back to Konawa.  Leann was a member of the First Baptist Church in Konawa, and she loved fishing and farming.

She is survived by three sons, Jason Wall of Konawa, Chris Wall of Burlington, Colorado, and Coty Hayes of Konawa; one brother, Jamie Hayes and wife, Amy of Burlington, Colorado; two sisters, Karol Burlile and husband, Casey of Emmitt, Idaho, and Karri Revels and husband, Jim of Konawa; five grandchildren, Colten, Tyler, Hunter, Logan, and Riley; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Joann Hayes, and one brother, Jeff Hayes.
