Jimmy Davis Langley

Jimmy Davis Langley, born December 24, 1944, in Columbia, LA, went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2023 at 3:57 a.m. in Searcy, AR.  His parents were William “Bill” Langley and Era Smith Langley.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; seven half-brothers; three sisters, Joy Howard, Ruth Lankford and Mary Arnold and sister-in-law, Mary Langley.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Mary Langley of the home; brother, David Langley of Kenefick, TX; daughter, Lisa Wills of Conroe, TX; granddaughter, Crystal Wills of Conroe; step-son, Roger Williams and wife, Gretchen of Higden, AR; three step-daughters, Vikki Cheney and husband, Morelle of Kingwood, TX; Kelly Ashford and friend, David of Wewoka and Lanell Harjo of Seminole; 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and one great great grandson; numerous nephews and nieces and cousins from Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Alabama, many other family and friends and the boss of the house, Miss Priss.

Viewing will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Little Cemetery Chapel in Little, Oklahoma with burial to follow. Pastor Jeff Nance will be officiating.
