Jerold Boepple Obituary

Jerold Edwin Boepple, 80 year-old Okemah, Oklahoma resident, passed away on May 1, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born October 29, 1940 in Great Bend, Kansas to parents Edward and Dorothy June (Roesle) Boepple. He was a high school graduate. He married Merle Deane Carpenter on February 2, 1963 in Ellinwood, Kansas. Jerold worked for Halliburton Energy Institute as an oilfield instructor for 30 years.

Left to cherish Jerold’s memory are his wife of 58 years, Merle Boepple, his son; George Boepple of Conroe, Texas, daughter; Jamee Fabian and Gary Morse of Bowlegs, Oklahoma, brothers; Fred and Velma Boepple of North Richland Hills, Texas and Dennis and Virginia Boepple of Florida, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, his twin brother Harold and his sister Jeanette.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life service at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
