Jeremy Austin Wilson-Underwood

Jeremy Austin Wilson-Underwood, age 29, passed away July 17, 2020 at his home in Asher, Oklahoma. He was born June 7, 1991 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He graduated from Wanette High School. He worked as a certified welder.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting and welding. He liked playing with his nieces and nephews. He helped anyone and everyone with no questions asked.

Austin was a loveable uncle, brother, son, cousin and friend. His nieces and nephews as well as his brothers were the most important things in his life. Austin enjoyed teaching his nieces and nephews about life and was always so patient with them. He loved fishing with his brothers and spent every minute he could with them. He also spent a lot of time in Asher on the Wilson family farm. He enjoyed walking the land, searching for flint rock and arrowheads.

Austin is survived by his mother; Deloris Jean Wilson-Underwood, his godfather; Dennis Elliot, his godmother; Erica Owen, his step-father; Billy Brown, his brothers; Derrick Wayne Underwood, Matthew Gene Underwood, Nicholas Lee Underwood and Shawn Tyler Owen, his sisters; Cassandra LeAnn Underwood, Skylar Shyann Owen, Angelina Yahola, Stephanie Yahola, Rachelle Underwood, Amber Soule, Ashley Soule Cox, Rebecca Underwood, Destiny Elliot and Cotie Poe Underwood and nieces and nephews; Jamin, Finley, Andrea, Raleigh, Branton, Avalyn, Mason, Braden, Rozlyn, Timberlee, Paizlee, Mateo, Malachi, Moses, Darnell, Ashton, Jasmine, Cameron and Waylon. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Noel and Florence Wilson, father; Matthew T. Underwood and his sister; Angel Harjo.

Austin’s funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday, July 24, 2020 at the Wilson family farm in Asher, Oklahoma.

Casket bearers will be Dennis Elliott, Tyler Owen, James Buxton, Bill Simpson, Nick Tschacher and Kevin Fullingham. Honorary bearers will be Delane Ramsey and Steven Ary.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
