James Leroy Riley, Jr.

James Leroy Riley, Jr., passed away at the age of 53, on March 31, 2021 at his home in Seminole, Oklahoma. He was born on June 30, 1967 in McAlester, Oklahoma to James Leroy Riley, Sr. and Marie (Smith) Riley. He grew up in McAlester and moved to Seminole in 1989. He married Gina Helms on May 26, 1990 in McAlester.

James worked as a cable technician/supervisor. He was self-employed and was the owner/operator of Riley Splicing. He was very proud of his children and grandchildren and enjoyed mowing grass and talking trash.

James is survived by his wife of 30 years, Gina Riley, of the home in Seminole, his mother; Marie Riley, his sons; Jacob Riley and Josh Riley, his daughter; Erin Nadeau and her husband Nick, grandchildren;  Caden Nadeau, Payton Nadeau and Morgan Nadeau and sister; Teresa Belvin. He was preceded in death by his father James Riley, Sr.

Funeral Services will be at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Ron Baldridge officiating. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery in Seminole.

Casket bearers will be Clark Anderson, Thomas Goodson, Tragg Ranells, Gene Reed, Nicholas Nadeau and Caden Nadeau.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
