Donald "Keith" Yerby

Donald “Keith” Yerby, Wewoka resident, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at his home in Wewoka, Oklahoma.  Keith was born on July 4, 1961, in Seminole, OK, to Donald Lee and Carolyn Marie (Laxton) Yerby.  He was the owner and president of Goff, Inc. and was very proud of his work.

Keith married Melanie Robbins on July 26, 2002 in Eureka Springs, AR.  He was a devoted husband and father and loved his family very much.  Keith loved cars and going to watch NHRA. 

Keith is survived by his wife, Melanie Yerby of the home; three daughters, Meagan Yerby of Shawnee, Tristyn Yerby of Oklahoma City and Paysleigh Yerby of the home; parents, Donald and Carolyn Yerby; one brother, Ronny Yerby and many other family and friends.

Keith was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Tom and Minnie Yerby; maternal grandparents, Homer and Viola Laxton and brother, Lloyd Yerby.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, OK with Pastor Larry Thoma officiating.
