William Howard McDonald, 62, Tulsa, Oklahoma resident, passed away, Monday, July 1, 2019. William was born on September 12, 1956 in Cromwell, Oklahoma to William Harding “Bill” McDonald and Ilene (Snodgrass) McDonald. William grew up in Seminole County. William worked in the Construction Industry.   William is survived by his wife Anne McDonald of Georgia, his sister Betty Boggs of Haskell, Oklahoma, and his granddaughter Penelope McDonald. William was preceded in death by his parents; Bill and Edna McDonald. Memorial Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at the Little Cemetery with Kirby Hinds officiating. Cremation memorial services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home In Seminole, Oklahoma.
