Tillie Ann Marquis

Tillie Ann Marquis, age 3, passed away on February 22, 2022, at OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on December 4, 2018, in Durant, Oklahoma to Sawyer and Grace (Wall) Marquis. She grew up in Seminole on her farm with her favorite animals.

Tillie loved calling cows with her TT and Papa. She had many goats to love and chase in her pink jeep. Her favorite part of the day was going to feed. She loved being with family and friends and the best part was getting to play and boss her cousins around. Tillie was smart and caring. She woke up every morning and asked for coffee in her baby coffee cup. She waited every evening for her daddy to get home so she could tell on her mom for doing something she didn’t like.

Left to cherish Tillie’s memory are her parents Sawyer and Grace of the home, her grandparents; Thomas and Nancy Wall and Ricky and Terri Marquis, all of Seminole, Oklahoma, her aunts and uncles; Riley and Amelia Marquis of Dallas, Texas, Garrette and Amber Wall of Francis, Oklahoma and Dakota and Dustie Wall of McLoud, Oklahoma and cousins; Jacie (Sissy) Wall, Kyote (Bubba) Wall and Hagan (baby Hagan) Marquis.

A Celebration of Tillie’s Life will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
