Thomas F Billy Jack Jones Jr.

Funeral services for lifelong Seminole resident, Thomas F. Jones Jr. (Billy Jack) are scheduled for Friday, April 8, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma, with Rev. Kevin Fox and Rev. Eric Thlocco officiating.

Billy Jack died on April 1, 2022, at the age of 33, at the University Medical Center in Oklahoma City.  He was born on July 26, 1988, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Thomas Fredrick Jones, Sr. and Silvia Jean Harjo.

Billy Jack attended school at Varnum and lived in Seminole most of his life up until three years ago where he resided in Oklahoma City.

Billy Jack was preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia Harjo; grandmother, Lina Harjo; two brothers, Lincoln Jones and Glen Harjo; two nephews, Jacob Harjo and Jeremy Snyder; great nephew, Zayne Morgan and great-niece, Lillian Morgan.

Survivors include Thomas Jones, Sr. of Seminole; six sisters, Kathryn Harjo of Oklahoma City, Angela and William Snyder of Seminole, Lana and Brandon Minner of Seminole and Fawna Wolfe of Oklahoma City, Ceejay and Ruben Culley of Seminole, Muriel Wright of Moore; two brothers, Jimmy D. Harjo of Tulsa and Dan Jones of Moore; a host of nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.

Casket bearers will be Trent Stewart, Bubba Fixico, James Fixico, Matt Barber and Nick Burgess.  Honorary casket bearers will be Sterling Fye, Ashton Jones, Lincoln Jones, Nate Silva, Jimmie D. Harjo Jr. and William Snyder.

Wake services will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.  Burial will follow funeral services on at Harjo Family Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
