Seminole resident Starla Fern Burns passed away Friday, April 8, 2022 at her home.
Starla, the daughter of Hershel Ring and Martha (Smith) Novotny, was born March 17, 1962 in Seminole. Starla was a waitress for many years, working at different restaurants.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Starla is survived by her sons, William Burns and Chance Burns; a sister, Teresa Hasbell; and many other family and friends.
No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
