Shannon Don Smith

Shannon Don Smith , age 46 passed away January 25, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date, and cremation is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa, Oklahoma.

Shannon was born January 22, 1976 in Oklahoma City to Brenda Darlene (Laxton) Ewing and Donny Howard Smith.  He was a self-employed painter who loved to travel and to listen to hard rock music.

He is survived by his mother, Brenda Ewing of the home; his father, Donny Smith of Stonewall, Oklahoma; two brothers, John Burge of Park Hill, Oklahoma, and Chris Ewing of Konawa; and one sister, Jennifer Borba of Hanford, California.

He was preceded in death by his dad, W.L. Ewing; one brother, Russell Brown; and his grandparents.
