Scott Freeman Lanham, Seminole resident, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at his home, at the age of 67. Scott was born on September 5, 1955 in Wichita, Kansas and raised by his adoptive father, Charles Leo Lanham. Scott served in the United States Navy. He worked as a police officer for the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
Scott is survived by his son, Scott J. Lanham of Seminole; two daughters, LaCrecia Yelloweyes of Seminole and Stephanie Birdshead of Seminole and many other family and friends.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
