Scott William Jones

Scott William Jones, Seminole resident, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022, at the age of 36.  Scott was born on May 30, 1986 in Oklahoma City to Cliffton Thomas Jones and Mary Margaret Mathews.  He married Kandy Jewel Marris on February 4, 2014.

Scott was an amazing father, husband, son, brother and uncle.  He enjoyed cars, videos, working on electronics, fishing and spending time with family.

Scott is survived by the love of his life, Kandy Jewel Marris of the home; mother, Mary Mathews; father, Cliffton Thomas Jones; five sons, Benjamin Jones of Okemah, OK, Thomas Jones of Okemah, OK, Kolvin Jones of Seminole, OK; step-sons, James Edwards of Seminole, OK and Bentley Marris of Seminole, OK; daughter, Savannah Jones of Seminole, OK; step-daughter, Nevaeh Parker of Seminole, OK; brother, Michael Jones and Ashley Walters of Texas and many other family and friends.

Scott is preceded in death by his grandmother, Loren Mathews and niece, Cheyenne Jones.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Belton Mathews officiating.  Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
