Peggy Jo Whitson Sadler

Peggy Jo Whitson Sadler, life-long Seminole County resident went to be with our Lord on March 12, 2022 at the age of 87.

Peggy, the daughter of Ed and Ella Mae (Millos) Edmonds, was born October 5, 1934, in Okmulgee.   She was an employee of Big Yank Inc. of Wewoka for 30 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Peggy Marlene Baker Lennon; a son Eddy Lee Whitson; an infant granddaughter, Pamela Renea Arnold; and a grandson, Chad Allen Whitson.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter. Faron Clint Whitson of Seminole, Robert Allen Whitson and wife Amy of Beggs, and Barbara Kimrey and husband Mike of Arkansas.  She was loved and will be missed by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be Wednesday, March 23, at 2:00.  Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
