Saint Louis, Oklahoma resident Patricia Jean (Buley) Oblander passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026 in Midwest City at the age of 73. Patricia was born on May 2, 1952 to Floyd & Lillian (Lutrell) Buley in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She was a 1970 graduate of Maud High School and later attended Beauty College. She worked at Allen Bradley/TDK from 1978-1982. In 1982 she went to work at Tinker Air Force Base until her retirement in June of 2012. Patricia married Jack Lee Oblander on June 3, 2004 in Estes Park, Colorado.

Patricia’s hobbies were woodworking, gardening, playing pitch and going to the casino. She loved family gatherings at her home and also keeping her husband, Jack VERY VERY busy.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Jack Oblander of Saint Louis, OK; sister-in-law, Deb West of St. Louis, OK; one brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Marshalee Buley of St. Louis, OK; one sister and brother-in-law, Jeanette Mulkey and Danny Slater of Seminole, OK; one son and daughter-in-law, Stacy and Amy Palmer of St. Louis, OK; one stepson, Strider and wife, Megan Oblander of Moore, OK; four granddaughters, Kelsie and Nick Brinker of Seminole, OK, Taylor Kimmel of Moore, OK and Arielle and Dannie Oblander of Moore, OK; two great granddaughters, Meadow and Canyon Brinker; 1 great grandson Forest Brinker; many cousins, nieces and nephews and many other family and friend.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Lillian Buley; son, Trent Palmer; grandson, Matthew Palmer; sister, Marie Holbert and brother-in-law, Bo Conatser; brother-in-law, Gene Mulkey; nephews, Jackie Nichols, Beryl Buley and David Buley; a great nephew, J.B Buley and great niece Angela Nichols.

Patricia’s family will celebrate her life with a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Trinity Baptist Church in Maud, OK. Pastor Butch Bradley will be officiating.
