Seminole resident Marilyn Jeanette McGeisey, 74, passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

Marilyn, the daughter of Thomas Sr. and Jane (Herrod) McGeisey, was born November 6, 1951, in Los Angeles, California. After spending a few years in the Los Angeles area, Marilyn and her family moved to Holdenville, where they settled. She attended Holdenville schools.

Marilyn loved going out to eat, and any outing with friends or family was sure to end at a restaurant. She enjoyed watching ghost shows, with Supernatural being her favorite. When she wasn’t watching ghost shows, she could often be found watching old Western television shows, a love she shared with her mother, Jane. Marilyn also loved raising Chihuahuas. In her younger years, she enjoyed shooting pool.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bob Condren; her brother, Ted McGeisey; and her daughter, Ronesa Notah.

She is survived by her sons, Todd Jones and Jontay McGeisey; daughters, Jayna McGeisey and Ronna Carmichael; grandchildren, Micah, Bubbles, JT, Alyssa, Jeremy, Jontay, Miley, Samuel, Mikey, and Jaxsen; and one great-grandchild, Renessa. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom McGeisey Jr. and Sally, and Dwight McGeisey and Linda, along with many other family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2026, at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole. Cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
