Larry Lyle Roy, age 63 and a resident of Pryor, Oklahoma passed away September 16, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 18, 2026 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel of Konawa, Oklahoma. John Campbell will officiate, and burial will follow at High Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Konawa. Casket bearers are Gary Horne, Rickey Mauk, Anthony Mauk, Brody Mauk, Jose Fixico, and Totkv Coachman; and honorary bearer is Daniel Johnson.

Larry was born July 4, 1963 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Antoine Roy and Anna Mae (Charty) Roy. He was an optician by trade and was a member of the Baptist faith. He loved fishing, hunting, gardening, and anything to do with the outdoors.

He is survived by four daughters, Charty Roy, Rachel Roy, and Ruby Roy all of Ponca City, and Alison Roy of Oklahoma City; one brother, Morris Roy of Oklahoma City; three sisters, Debra Coachman of Okemah, Oklahoma, Rosa Whisman of Pryor, Oklahoma, and Allison Roy of Wewoka, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Cali and Rhiannon; and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Roberta Tiger; two brothers, Antoin Roy, Jr. and Larry’s twin, Gary Roy.
