Landon Zane Hughes

Landon Zane Hughes, Macomb, OK resident, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025 in Joplin, MO at the age of 19. Landon was born on May 6, 2006 in Shawnee, OK to Shawn L. Davis and Amber Gail Hughes. He was a student at Macomb High School.

Landon enjoyed video games, especially Motorfest, swimming, tinkering with cars, lifting heavy things and going on little adventures with his mom, brothers and sister.

Landon is survived by his mother, Amber Gail Hughes; father, Shawn L. Davis; brothers, Hunter Hargus, Kyle Hargus, Kadence Davis and Luca Davis; sisters, Chelsea Hargus, Jasmine, Nala Davis and Cora Davis; grandparents, Sheri Hobbs, Richard Hughes and Tammy Davison; and many other family and friends.

Landon was preceded in death by his dad, Wiley Hargus.

Those serving as casket bearers will be Colten Wall, Thomas Hughes, Daimion Hobbs, Kyle Hargus, Hunter Hargus, Bentley Hughes, Chris Merch and Garrett Hobbs.

Honorary casket bearers will be Ashley Hobbs, Lacey Ames and Heather Long.

Viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 and from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at the Macomb High School Gymnasium with Andy Reich officiating. Interment will follow at Vista Cemetery in Asher, OK. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.
