Seminole resident Judith Angela Roberts, 77, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2026, in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Judith was born December 2, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, to Melton and Josephine (Evens) Ogborn. On July 5, 1975, she married Larry Roberts in Cahokia, Illinois. They shared many years together until his passing on December 14, 2018.

Judith dedicated more than 20 years of her working life to Carl’s Jr., where she worked as a biscuit maker. She took pride in her work and enjoyed the simple pleasures of everyday life. A gifted and enthusiastic cook, Judith loved preparing meals for those she cared about. But more than anything, she treasured the time she spent with her family. Her grandchildren held a particularly special place in her heart, and the love she shared with her family was among her greatest joys.

Judith’s life was marked by the bonds she formed with those around her, and she leaves behind a family whose lives were enriched by her love and presence. She will be remembered by those who knew and loved her for the memories they shared and the lasting place she holds in their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Melton and Josephine Ogborn; her husband, Larry Roberts; and two of her daughters, Judy Cichocki and Juanita Barker.

Judith is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jeanette Roberts and Richard Phillips, of Seminole; her son, Loren Roberts, of Seminole; her grandchildren, Juanita Phillips, Niacoma Roberts, Dixie Sanford, Trenton Phillips, Brianna Roberts, Tyffani Sanders, Alicia Judkins, Andrew Smith, Mikey Smith-Roberts, Pamela Thomas, and Stephine Campbell; numerous great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and dear friends whose lives she touched throughout the years.

A memorial service celebrating Judith’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
