Hudson Bruce Holt

Hudson Bruce Holt, 29, passed away at Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City on December 17, 2025.

A service honoring Hudson's life will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Chisholm Creek Baptist Church, 17600 N. Western, Edmond, Oklahoma, 73012. Burial will follow at the Dora Cemetery located at 35379 EW 1360 Road in Seminole County under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa.

He was born on August 27, 1996, in Oklahoma City, to Tracy and Brenda Holt. Hudson enjoyed the outdoors, being active, lifting weights, and spending time with friends and family, especially his precious daughter, "Princess" Charlotte. Though Hudson's time on earth was brief, the family takes comfort in the promise of Scripture that "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." Hudson was privileged to give the gift of life to others through organ donation.

He is survived by his parents, Tracy and Brenda of Oklahoma City; his wife Trish Holt, and their daughter Charlotte, of Oklahoma City; his sister, Hannah Griffis, and her husband Matthew of Oklahoma City; and many cherished extended family members, including his aunts and uncles: Chad and Sherri Ballard of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Joey and Angie Hudson of Rio Vista, Texas; Kelly and Dixie Hunt of Ada, Oklahoma; Ted and Evelyn Holt of Ada, Oklahoma; Bob Holt of Asher, Oklahoma; and Shelly Everett of Asher, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many other cousins, friends, and family.

Hudson was preceded in death by his grandparents Ray and Joan Hudson and Bruce and Lee Holt; and one uncle, Bruce Alan Holt.
