July 4, 1965 — June 29, 2025

Seminole

Frederick “Freddy” Joseph Corona passed away on June 29, 2025 in Oklahoma City, OK. With heavy hearts, we remember and celebrate the life of Freddy Corona, age 59: a man whose kindness, strength, and unwavering love touched everyone fortunate enough to know him. Freddy was a beloved son to his parents who went on before him, Frederick Corona and Lena Corona of Brawley California . He was a devoted friend and partner to Shawna Normali of 21 years with five children together. Freddy was a devoted father, and proud dad to his children Bella Rose, Mariah Elaine, Elijah Adam, Joshua Frederick, and Lena Corona who’s not only passed away but whose memory lives on in our hearts.

Freddy‘s love for his family was fierce. He doted on his daughters and was their protector. Everywhere he went, his little boys were sure to follow. His love for them was evident in all that he did. He loved family time whether that included watching movies, eating dinner, listening to music, or just simply talking. Freddy was also a true example of a hard worker. For the 13 years Freddy lived in Seminole, he worked at Wrangler and then custom coating. Freddy’s trustworthy, kind-hearted, nature and genuine smile made him a friend to all. He was always quick with a compliment and kind word. Freddy spread positivity wherever he went.

Freddy is survived by his sister Monica married to Nick Pattie of California and their daughters Angelina and Liliana, his brother Joseph Corona, wife Jeannie and their children, Jade, Olivia, Jared, and Emma of California. He is also survived by a wide circle of aunt’s, uncle‘s, cousins, and friends. Those who knew and loved him deeply, Freddy‘s dearest and bestest friends, his boys: Chris Casey, Jimmy Sanders, and Kevin Wolski of California. They are his brothers and share an unbreakable bond.

His life was a testament to loyalty, love, and resilience.

Freddy was not just someone to meet. He was someone to remember. May we cherish Freddy and all that he was. We take comfort in knowing he is now with his beloved daughter Lena, and they are at peace, watching over our family. Until we meet again, we will hold you close to our hearts, in spirit.
