En-le-te-ke Dean “Sonny” Buck, age 21 and a former resident of Seminole, Oklahoma passed too soon from this life on June 4, 2025 in Orlando, Florida.
A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2025 at Cully Family Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa. Casket bearers are Kalan Webb, Dyami Kilpatrick, Weston Speaks, Marcus Motley, Brandon Coody, and Chase Tanyan. Honorary bearers are Reece Cosar, Roman Cosar, Johnathan Tebe, Shane Thomas, and Christian Tanyan.
Sonny was born May 22, 2004 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Gregory Wayne Buck and Stacy Rae Lena. He graduated from Charles Page Sand Spring High School, and he worked as a Culinary Chef at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Sonny enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was very artistic and creative. He enjoyed tattooing and drawing. Sonny also like spending time outside, skating, and working out. He loved cooking and baking and making many jokes and making faces to make you laugh. He traveled a lot from California to Florida. Sonny also produced music.
He is survived by his parents, Gregory Buck of Konawa and Stacy Lena of Konawa; girlfriend, Tuesday Perez from Dallas, Texas: two sisters, Wanda Lou Buck of Konawa and Lena Mae Buck of Latta, Oklahoma; and one niece, Vnokecke Speaks and one brother-in-law,Weston Speaks of Latta, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one uncle, Jeremy Lena; one aunt, Veronica Lena; grandfather, Robin Buck; great grandfathers, Robert Lena and Nathan “Wahoo” Buck; and great grandmothers, Wanda Lou Lena, Norma Sharpe, Sue Givens, and Mary Factor.
