Doris Stewart

Doris Lucille Stewart, 96 Doris Lucille Stewart, Cromwell, Oklahoma resident passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at her home at the age of 96. She moved to Cromwell, in 2015 from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Doris was born October 21, 1919 in Sperry, Oklahoma to parents, Harry King Stewart and Grace Lee (Downs) Stewart. She was of the Methodist faith and was employed with Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Tulsa, Oklahoma as an Executive Secretary. Doris is survived by two nephews, John R. Stewart and his wife Karen of Fort Worth, Texas, Paul C. Stewart, Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two nieces, Fraye Nellums of Cromwell, Oklahoma and Deana Hoover of Tulsa, Oklahoma. A memorial service is planned at a later date to take place at Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, Oklahoma. Cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole, Oklahoma.
