Crystal Faith Johnson-Pereze

Crystal Faith Pereze has passed on to be with our Father God on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

She is survived by her daughter baby Brenda Irene Pereze and husband Marcos Pereze alongside with 3 sisters, Regina Bear, Priscalia and Jojo Tebe and baby sister Vicky and Starling Tanyan. Two brothers, Wally Bear and spouse Noretta Hobia, baby brother Tarron (T-Dogg) Johnson. Crystal’s dad, Leam Johnson and spouse Paula Micelle Gazaway. She has many nieces and nephews, who she truly loved and would always state when we came walking in “where my nieces and nephews at, come over here and give your ole auntie a hug”. She also has lots of cousins who she always the best for.

She now joins her mother Brenda Kay Bear, grandma Rachael Larney, her little sister Ta'Nessa Johnson, brother Daniel Gazaway, with a few aunts and uncles, grandparents, Eugene and Mrytle Johnson. Crystal received the nickname “Goofy” that she truly showed and lived by, if anyone who knows her knew that she was always goofing around, cutting up and acting true to her name. She was raised in Shawnee, by her mother Brenda Bear. She had spent her early years in Shawnee and majority of her adult years in Oklahoma City. Crystal spent some time in prison where she received her GED and cosmetology certifications. She truly had a heart for God; knew he was the Ultimatum and knew who to run to. The times we would pray, she would never forget to pray for her family and friends never did she ever think she was better than anyone. She carried a humble heart and she was your all-around bestie.

Pallbearers who have the honor are Jojo Tebe, Mavrik Tebe, Jabril Tebe, Sterling Tanyan, Shawn Johnson, and Tusekia Johnson.

A wake service will be observed Monday, August 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Snake Creek # 2 church in Little.

Services will be Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Snake Creek #2, with Bill Hobia Jr., and Reverend Newsom Crow, officiating. Burial will follow at Snake Creek #2 Cemetery.
