Charlene Sue Cobb

Charlene Sue Cobb, age 39 and a long-time resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away April 9, 2026 at Mercy Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at High Spring Baptist Church of Konawa under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa. Rev. Bill “Skip” Foster will officiate and nephew, Aric Foster will assist. Burial will follow at the Foster Family Cemetery. Casket bearers are John Glover, Cody Barker, William Foster, Chad Foster, A. J. Foster, and Cody Foster. Honorary bearers are Kacey Foster, Herman Foster, Matthew Foster, Issac Foster, Jr., Skip Foster, and Chassy Foster. Charlene will be taken to the church at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, and the Wake will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Charlene was born November 15, 1986 in Ada, Oklahoma to Charles Nathan Cobb and Josephine “Mae” (Foster) Cobb. She was a member of High Spring Baptist Church, and she worked as a Call Center Operator for IRT Communication which later became known as Legal Shield in Ada, Oklahoma. Charlene loved to color and to cook.

She is survived by one son, Aaron Ingram of Konawa, Oklahoma; one daughter, Ember Myers and husband, Brandan of Seminole, Oklahoma; one brother, Nathan Cobb of Konawa, Oklahoma; one grandchild, Harmony Myers; her loving uncles and aunts that cared for her and her siblings after the death of her parents - Skip Foster and wife, Dawn of Wolf, Oklahoma, Matthew Foster and wife, Darlene of Edmond, Oklahoma, Herman Foster and wife, Terri of Bowlegs, Oklahoma, Issac Foster, Jr. of Seminole, Oklahoma, and Allan Foster and wife, Sally of Harjo, Oklahoma; and many other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Cobb; her mother, Josephine “Mae” (Foster) Cobb Scott; sister, Nadina Cobb; grandparents, Issac and Katherine Foster; uncle, Adam Ben Foster; and step-father, Luke Scott.
