Barbara Ann Rees

Barbara Ann (Hogeland) Rees, 77 year old Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away August 6, 2018 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Barbara was born August 15, 1940 in Hayti, Missouri to parents, Otis Lee Hogeland and Margree (Henry) Hogeland. Barbara married Dana Rees on December 18, 1987 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a high school graduate. Barbara was a homemaker and an artist and enjoyed flowers and book clubs. Barbara is survived by her husband Dana Rees of the home,  son; Ralph Adakai, daughter; Lisa Peduzi, brothers; Lee Holland, Anthony Abrams, Thomas Shockely and Billy Hogland, sisters; Betty Sue Howlett, Rosa Stones and Carri Bowser, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Kevin Adakai. Memorial Services will be at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
