Patricia Kaye (Honsinger) Crummett, age 60 and a resident of Seminole, Oklahoma passed away on August 8, 2014 at Solara Hospital in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole. Bro. Mike Wester will officiate. Burial will follow at Wolf Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jim Julian, John Julian, Brandon Perkinson, Gage Heffley, Xavier Manuel, and Preston Parker. Honorary pallbearers are Leroy Wayne Phelps, Jesse Phelps, Guy Phelps, and Dakota Cotanny. Patricia was born on October 9, 1953 in Seminole to Ray Fenton Honsinger and Goldy (Saxon) Honsinger. She received her LPN license from Pontotoc County Vo-tech Nursing School on July 26, 1991, and worked as an EMT- Intermediate Paramedic. She retired from nursing in 2008. She was of the Baptist faith and had moved here from Tishomingo, Oklahoma. She married David Crummett on August 14, 1981 in Galveston, Texas. She is survived by one son, Robert Keith Crummett of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; one daughter, Rhonda Crummett also of Tecumseh; five sisters, Margaret Orr of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Mary Dawson and husband, Earl of Chickasha, Roberta Phelps of Seminole, JoAnn Julian of Seminole, and Connie Heffley and husband, Robert of Eufaula, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Melanie and Jordan Cotanny; additional grandchildren, Dakota and Valentina Cotanny; great grandchild, Naomi Jackson; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, “Little Man”. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Goldy Honsinger; her husband, David Crummett; and three brothers, Robert, Lee Edward, and Richard Honsinger.
